LABH Federation
When a family arrived in Agroha, every household gave them one brick and one rupee. A thousand families meant a home and a livelihood on the first day. LABH exists to keep doing that — with capital, counsel and a network that answers the phone.
Nine bricks in running bond, and the tenth one gone — the brick handed to the family that arrived.
A wall with one brick missing.
Every wall in Agroha was incomplete, because every household had given a brick away. That absence is our mark, and it is the point of this institution — not the bricks we keep, but the one we hand over.
Four divisions of one institution.
NEEV
Seed grants and in-kind support for first-generation entrepreneurs.
Incubation
Cohort programmes, mentors, market access for early-stage ventures.
Advisory
Business advisory for founders. Surplus funds the grants and the incubator.
Three constituencies. One federation.
Agraveer
The next-generation wing — students, young professionals and inheritors preparing to take the next seat.
Agrashree
Women entrepreneurs and professionals building, leading and financing their own enterprises.
Shreshthi Circle
Elders and established promoters who mentor, advise and hold the institution's memory.
Membership is how this gets funded. Everything else follows from it.
