Who is accountable.

The founding board is being constituted alongside the Section 8 incorporation. Every director's name, role and declared interests will be published here — with committee memberships and recusals — before the first grant decision is taken.

Committees

Five standing committees.

  • Grants committee
    Assesses NEEV applications; publishes outcomes.
  • Audit committee
    Oversees the auditor and the annual report.
  • Ethics and conflicts committee
    Handles conflicts, recusals and complaints.
  • Remuneration committee
    Approves compensation for staff and office-bearers.
  • Finance committee
    Oversees the corpus, banking and treasury policy.

Annual reports

No grants have been disbursed yet. The register will populate as decisions are made.
Grievances

If something is wrong, tell us.

Complaints of any kind — programmatic, financial, ethical — are handled by the Ethics and Conflicts committee. All complaints receive a written acknowledgement within seven working days and a substantive response within thirty.
